"What a year!! 2018-2019 was the most successful year in the history of Forest Heights Wrestling. With a healthy crop of rookies and some seasoned vets the wrestling team saw great success in local and regional action. To top it off, on the back of a gold medal OFSAA performances by Colby and Cody Saunders, the boys team finished fifth in the province. This is the best ever result for a Trojan wrestling team."
