"This year the Senior Girls Volleyball team went undefeated in WCSSAA and CWOSSA play which made them 2019 WCSSAA and CWOSSA Champions. They advanced to the 2019 AAA Girls Volleyball OFSAA tournament and finished 5th in Ontario. Congratulations girls on an amazing season! We wish graduating players: Aly Rendle, leah stewart, Libby Bauman, Kassey Remillard, Lauren Alderton, Emmalene Couzens, Megan Tran and Sady Kropf the best of luck as they leave Forest Heights. Congratulations to sady kropf and Libby Bauman for signing with the Conestoga Condors, we are excited to follow you as you continue your volleyball careers in the OCAA. Returning players Leah Stewart, aly rendle, Logan Visscher and Lauren Letoile we are looking forward to next year!!"
